Bjorn? Is that you?
Is it just me or would this new Contemptor pattern dreadnought just make a great Bjorn? Fluff-wise Bjorn is the oldest of dreads in existence so this guy would just make all kinds of sense. So I'm really tempted to buy one of these to wolf up into a Bjorn.
Considering it as a base for a Bray'arth Ashmantle (Imp.Armour.Vol10 conversion for similar reasons as fluff notes his Dreadnought body was made by Vulkan before the events of the Horus Heresy.. Unsure on the look of the model at the moment tho.
I don't think that Bjorn was interred in a Dreadnought until after the Heresy, when most of these would have already been destroyed and the knowledge to replace them lost.
However, I'm sure that if the Space Wolves had one kicking around and no one was already using it, they would give it to Bjorn when the time came.
Personally, I am excited to see someone extend the legs and torso to make a Dreadknight conversion.
